A child is not a fender-bender and building a family is intrinsically different than litigating a personal injury claim. When it comes to attorneys, one size does not fit all. I limit my practice to adoption and guardianships for children because kids and families are worth an attorney’s undivided attention.

Oftentimes grandparents, other relatives, or other caring adults step up to provide a safe, stable and secure home for a child when his or her parent cannot. During these times, a court-ordered legal guardianship may be appropriate.
